Peanuts, Lettuce, & Potatoes

Good morning!

A quick post: while these may not have been readily known, I am going to clarify here. Peanuts (and therefore peanut butter), lettuce, and white potatoes are definitely allowed during the Challenge. That being said, stick to your organic peanut butters; stay away from those that are not primarily peanuts and salt. Most non-organic peanut butters contain disallowed oils and added sugar or molasses.
